Ingredients
2 c canned pumpkin2 c skim milk12 oz (2 containers) plain Greek yogurt2 tsp vanilla extract1 tsp cinnamon.5 tsp nutmegTruvia natural sweetener (to taste)4 handfuls ice
Directions
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend. If you have a small blender, cut the recipe in half.
