Red Velvet Christmas Cookies

Ingredients

1 box of Red Velvet cake mix1 stick (1/2 cup) margarine, softened1 large egg2 Tbsp water1 cup Nestle white chocolate morsels
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix first four ingredients with spoon, or electric mixer on low, in a large mixing bowl. Stir in chocolate pieces.
Use a rounded (deep) tablespoon to scoop rounded tablespoons of dough and place two inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 9-13 minutes, or until set.
Cool for two minutes on baking sheets then transfer to wire racks to cool completely. Store in an airtight container.
