Egg Cups

Ingredients
3 large eggs6 large egg whites .5 cup of 2% shredded cheese.5 cup of chopped green peppers.5 cup of chopped onion
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 Fahrenheit.

Saute the onions and peppers.

Scramble eggs and then add all other ingredients. Mix together well.

Use cooking spray to grease non-stick muffin pan.

Cook for 20-30 minutes. Tops should be brown.

Serving Size: Makes 12 standard cupcake sized quiches
