Ingredients
1 Cup pumpkin1/3 cup unsweedtened apple sauce1/2 cup diced apple1/2 cup nonfat plain greek yogurt3 egg whites1 cup rolled oats1/4 cup vanilla protein poder1 cup Stevia1 tsp Baking soday1/4 tsp salt1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice1/4 Cup chopped walnuts
Directions
Comine all ingredients in a blender until oats are finely ground. Spoon batter into 12 muffin tins. Bake 15-20 minutes at 350* or until toothpick comes out clean.
