Ingredients
2/3 c elbow macaroni1 cup water1/2 c milk1 tsp salt1 c cheese (I like sharp)1 slice processed - I use Swiss but you can use American
Directions
Combine all ingredients except swiss cheese (optional). Cook on high in microwave stirring frequently and watching so it doesn't boil over. Cooking times vary, will be about 10-15 minutes. Add Swiss in the last 3 minutes. Stir, let sit for a few minutes, then serve.
