Ingredients
Black beans, canned. low sodiumCorn, canned. low sodiumPeas, canned, low sodiumDiced tomatoes, canned, low sodiumtomato paste, one small canRotel tomatoes and chilisSeason to taste - garlic, chili powder, etc.
Directions
Dump all canned ingredients into appropriate sized pot and cook on medium heat for 30 minutes. Season to taste.
