Banana Acorn Squash Mash

Ingredients
1 acorn squash, small1 banana1/4 cup orange juicesalt, to taste
Directions
Cut squash in half and scoop out seeds. Set oven at 400F and back for 30 minutes or until tender. Cool slightly. Scoop squash into bowl and add remaining ingredients and mash to desired consistency.
