32 oz veggie broth5 12 oz cans condensed tomato soup16 oz. whipping cream2 packages Cheese tortellini (9 oz each)4 oz. parmesan cheese (I used shaved)Salt and pepper to taste
pour the broth, cream and soup into a huge pot and when it came to a slow boil, added in the tortellini, cheese and salt and pepper.
After I threw in the tortellini, I turned down the heat to low and let the tortellini cook while the soup simmered. 25 minutes later, it was all ready
