Gluten Free Almond Flour Waffles

Ingredients
1 cup blanched gluten free almond meal (I used Bob’s Red Mill)1/2 tsp. baking powder1/2 tsp. cinnamon1/4 tsp. salt2 tbsp. maple syrup1 tsp. vanilla 3 eggs
Directions
Whisk together the dry ingredients. Then add in the wet. Whisk until well combined. Cook in a greased waffle maker.

Serving Size: Makes 4 small waffles or 2 Belgian
