Mexican Eggs Omlette

Ingredients
2 Large Eggs2 Slices fat free cheese of choice1.5 slices Cooked bacon Chopped into bits1/2 cup homemade or other fine salsapat of butter
Directions
Scramble eggs in bowl with cream. Butter a 8" pan such as a crepe pan. Add eggs and swirl to coat bottom of pan (Just like crepes. Add crumbled bacon. cook until eggs are solid. Fold egg into thirds and add to plate. spoon salsa lengthwise over egg. lay cheese in thin strips on top of salsa. Microvave for 35 seconds.
