Lydia's Whole Wheat Waffles

Dry:3 c whole wheat flour1/2 c white flour, unbleached all purpose2 tbsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt2 tbsp flax seed meal, groundWet:2 eggs, lightly beaten3 1/2 c unsweetened almond milk, original1 c water1/2c canola oil
Preheat griddle.
In separate bowl, mix dry ingredients together.
Mix wet ingredients together in mixer. Add dry mixture all at once until just mixed. Batter will be slightly lumpy. Pour onto waffle iron using approximately 1 cup per batch.
Serving Size: make 6-8 batches (four squares per batch)
