Mackerel (fish), 1000 grams Sunflower Oil, 1 1tsp Garlic, 2 tsp Ginger, ground, 1 tsp Turmeric, ground, 1 tsp Chili powder, 1 tbsp *Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched, .25 cup Subway Mustard (2 teaspoons), 1 serving Salt 2 tsp
marinate fish with all ingredients except oil for overnight.Then preheat oven to 260 degrees for 15 mins and then keep fish in greased pan for 45 mins at 260 degress turning in between..serve hot.
