Slow Cooker Deer Stew

8 oz. Deer steak1 large red onion5 small/medium red new potatoes2 stalks of carrots2-3 celery stalks1 cup mushrooms3 cups watersalt and pepper2 tbsp oregano2 tbsp parsley2 tbsp thyme1 tsp corriander1 tbsp red chili powder2 tbsp flour
Chop onions, carrots, celery and potatoes and layer on the bottom of the slow cooker. Salt and Pepper to taste.
Cut up the deer steaks into small bit size chunks/cubes and place on top of vegetables. Add chopped mushrooms on top of meat and add 3 cups water or just enough to cover. Salt and pepper to taste again.
Add all spices to the top of the stew, do not mix.
Cook on low for 5-5.5 hours stirring occasionally.
Mix flour with luke warm water and add to slow cooker as thickening agent. Continue to cook on low for another 30-60 minutes.
Serve with rice, steamed veggies or mashed potatoes (not included in calories)
