Green Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup spinach 1 medium tomato1/2 cucumber (with peel)1/4 carrot1/4 lemon2 almonds1/4 cup soft tofu2 cup water
Directions
1. Add the two almonds to a blender, and blend until finely ground.
2. Add the water, tomato, cucumber, carrot, lemon, and spinach to the blender and blend until smooth.
3. Add the soft tofu to the blender and blend until fully mixed.
4. Pour into a glass and drink it up!

Serving Size: Makes one large serving
