Graham Cracker Pork Chops

Ingredients
16 oz pork loin chops1 C crused graham crackers1/2 c skim milk
Directions
Soak pork in milk all day. Crush crackers. When ready to bake, take pork out of milk and discard excess. Roll pork in crushed crumbs and place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 25-30 min until cooked through.
