Lydia's Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
1 large egg1 c brown sugar, unpacked1 tsp baking powder, aluminum free1 tsp vanilla extract2 c peanut butter, Adam's creamy non-stir1 c quick oats1/4 c whole wheat flour1/2 c chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 F.

Use electric mixer to combine all ingredients. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. Measure out cookies by 1 Tablespoon (level), then flatten. Bake 7-8 minutes.
