Avocado-Crab Soup

Ingredients
1 can chicken broth1 cup water1 green onion, cut into 1-inch pieces1 small clove garlic1 tablespoon lemon juice2 medium avocados, pared and cut up1 cup plain yogurt, fat free6 oz. crabmeat
Directions
Makes 4 servings.

Heat chicken broth, water, green onion and garlic to boiling in 2-quart saucepan. Pour hot mixture into food processor or blender. Add lemon juice and avocados. Cover and process or blend about 30 seconds or until smooth. Pour mixture back into saucepan. Stir in yogurt and crabmean. Heat, stirring constantly, just until hot.
