1/2 c. Pumpkin, canned, without salt1/2c. Quaker Oats 100% Natural Whole Grain oatmeal2 c. Water1 tsp Cinnamon, ground1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice1 Tbs Splenda No Calorie Sweetener1/2 Tbs. Sugar Free Maple Syrup1/8 tsp salt
Combine everything into a saucepan. Bring to a low boil and cook according to directions on oatmeal (about 5-10min). Pour into bowl and drizzle with maple syrup!
