BKs Pear Apple Smoothie

Ingredients
Directions
1 C cold water1 C cold unsweetened apple juice2 C spinach2 apples, chopped2 pears, chopped1 T flax seed1 T chia seed1 C oatsdash of allspice
Add water, apple juice and spinach to blender.
Blend enough to reduce spinach volume in blender.
Add apple and pears, blend well.
While blender is running carefully add in the flax and chia seeds and a dash of allspice.
Serve immediately.
*I use a Vitamix blender. If you are using a standard blender, you may wish to soak the oats in the liquid overnight, then proceed with the recipe as stated.
Serving Size: Makes approximately 1 quart.
