Ingredients
426 grams Wild Salmon, canned .3 cup Onions, chopped 1 slice whole wheat Bread,made into crumbs 1 large Egg 1 tbsp Horseradish 2 tbsp Mayonnaise 10 mL Lemon Juice .25 cup 1% Milk
Directions
Combine ingredients, mixing well. Place into loaf pan and bake in 350 dgree oven for 45-60 minutes.
