Christmas Cornflake Wreath Cookies

Ingredients
1/2 Cup Butter4 Cups Miniature Marshmallows1 tsp Green Food Coloring1/2 tsp Almond Extract1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract4 Cups Cornflakes Cereal1 (2.25 oz) pkg. Cinnamon Red Hot Candies
Melt marshmallows and butter together in a double boiler or in the microwave; stil to combine.
Add food coloring, vanilla & almond extracts and mix quickly, then add cornflakes and mix quickly to combine.
Drop by spoonfuls onto greased wax paper and form them into little wreaths; decorate with 3 red hots.
When cooled, transfer to nonstick serving tray (may need to grease fingers lightly).
Serving Size: makes 36 cookies
