Phoenix Couscous Chicken Salad w/5 Spice Dijon Dression

Ingredients
CouscousParmesan Cheese (optional)Roma Tomatoes or any TomatoGreen Onions (Scallions)CilantroBell pepper (Red, yellow or orange)Chicken (Tyson Grilled chicken strips or any leftover baked chicken)DressingHoneyDijon MustardBalsamic VinegarLemon JuiceAsian 5 SpiceSalt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Cook couscous per box instructions. Chop vegetables and chicken, add to couscous.

Prepare dressing by whisking together Dijon mustard, honey, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice and and Asian 5 spice. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Add dressing to salad, toss.
