Roasted Portabello Mushrooms Caps

2 portobello caps1 clove garlic, roasted pinch or up to 1/4 tsp each, dried savory and oregano pinch salt and pepper2 tsp olive oil2 tsp balsalmic vineagar
Clean portobello caps, and cut off steams.
Rub garlic clove with a little olive oil, wrap in foil and toast in toaster oven for five minutes while you are prepping other ingredients.
Combine oil and vineagar, herbs, salt and pepper and mix.
Remove toasted garlic from foil, mince and add it to the sauce.
Turn caps gill side up, drizzle sauce into gills and place them in the toaster oven.
Roast at 400 degrees F for 15 minutes.
Serving Size: makes 2 servings
