black beans and browen rice salad

Ingredients
Beans, black, .25 cup*Brown Rice, long grain, .25 cupOlive Oil, 1 1tsp (remove)Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Red Ripe Tomatoes, .75 cup, chopped or sliced Green Peppers (bell peppers), .90 cup, strips sea salt pinch black papers
Directions
1. cook the brown rice according to the bag instructions
2.in a nonstick pan;add a teaspoon of olive oil, and half cup of chopped onion, and one glove of garlic.
3. mix till golden brown
4. add the chopped tomatoes, brown rice, and black beans. mix together
5. add the green bell peppers, pinch of sea salt, and any additional spices you like
6. cover the pan and leave it at low heat
