Mike's Excellent Turkey Chili

Ingredients
2.5 lbs. Ground Turkey2 small packages frozen green beans1 can low sodium kidney beans1 large can crushed tomatoes1 small can sweet corn and peppers1 large yellow onion diced1 tbsp olive oil6 cloves garlic minced2 packs low sodium chili powderfat free cooking spray4 cups water.
Directions
Brown the Turkey in a large non-stick pan in small batches. Set aside. Sear the green beans, kidney beans, and the corn/pepper mix in the same pan in small batches with the cooking spray. Set aside. Brown the Onion in the same pan with the olive oil. Set aside. Heat the water over med-low in a large stock pot. stir in 1 package of the chili powder and the garlic. Add all of the other prepared ingredients to the pot. Cover and bring to a boil over med heat scraping the bottom of the pot and stirring constantly to prevent the bottom from burning. Cover, reduce heat, and bring to a slow simmer. Simmer for 2 hours stirring occasionally. Stir in remaining packet of chili powder to taste and serve.
