Potato cheese soup

6 cups chopped potatoes3 cups milk4 T flour1 cup water1 chicken bouillon cube1 cup chopped carrots1 cup chopped celery1/2 cup chopped onionparsley for garnish 1 lb velveeta cheese
par boil potatoes and set aside
mix flour and milk and set aside
mix bouillon and water, add veggies (including potatoes), cover and simmer for 15-18 minutes. Add milk mixture until hot then add chunked velveeta cheese until melted and serve with parsley garnish if desired. For lower fat and calories use skim milk and less cheese or velveeta 2% cheese loaf. Enjoy!
