Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry), 1 serving Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat, .25 cupVanilla extract, imitation, alcohol, 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground, .5 tsp egg white, fresh, 4 large PAM cooking spray
Combine all ingredients in blender and liquefy.
Spray nonstick pan with PAM. Add half batter and cook over medium heat flipping so that both sides cook up and are light brown. Do this for two pancakes.
