Ingredients
Indian, Aromatic Basmati Rice, aprox 3/4 cup, 5 serving Sunflower Oil, 1 1tsp Salt, 1.25 tsp Onions, raw, 1 small Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 100 grams *Cumin seed, .5 tsp Chili powder, 1 tsp Turmeric, ground, .5 tsp Garlic, 1 tsp
Directions
soak rice after washing for 30 mins.meanwhile saute onions in oil.Add mixed veggies saute.Add cumin seeds,turmeric powder,chilli powder,chicken cube,salt and chopped garlic.Add 5 cups water .bring to boil.Add rice,cook uncovered on med flame till water dries a bit then cook covered for 15 to 20 mins.Serve.
