White Bean Hummus

Ingredients
Taken from about.com.2 ½ cups white beans, drained and rinsed, or soaked if using dried1 1/2 tablespoons of tahini1 ½ tablespoons olive oil1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice1/2 teaspoon cumin1 1/2 cloves of garlic, crushed1/2 teaspoon saltwater
Directions
Blend the beans until smooth. Add the tahini, lemon juice, cumin, garlic, olive oil, and salt and blend until creamy and paste-like. Slowly add water until it reaches the desired consistency. Pour into a serving bowl and eat.

Serving Size: Makes roughly 3 cups or 12 four tbsp servings.
