Fauxnuts: Pumpkin Spice Donuts

1/2 cup coconut flour1/4 cup almond flour¼ teaspoon baking soda1 teaspoon cinnamon1/4 tsp nutmeg1/8 tsp clove3 eggs1/2 Tablespoon Stevia extract (Adjust to taste)1/2 cup pure pumpkin puree2 Tablespoons coconut milk creamer1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat your donut maker
Add all dry ingredients in a large bowl and mix together thoroughly with a fork or whisk.
Combine all wet ingredients in a separate small bowl and mix.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until well incorporated and combined.
Add dough to ziplock bag and snip one edge off and pipe the mixture into each donut mold.
Cook in machine for 5-7 minutes or until done.
Serving Size: make approx 10 mini donuts
