cut garlic gloves into two. add olive oil and garlic into a heated saucepan. add onion chunks. when they are turning into brown, add mushroom and let it fry a little. add bellpepper, fish and baby corn. close the saucepan with a lid. add some red wine vinegar and soya sauce. add cucumber and tomatoe
