Slow cooker Vegetarian split pea with sweet potato soup

Ingredients
Green Split Pea - Dry, 2.5 cup1 can yellow sweet corn1 can of carrots*Onion Powder, 2 tbsp*Garlic Powder, 2 tbspSalt, .5 tbspPepper, black, .5 tspSage, ground, 1 tspParsley, dried, 1 tbspDill weed, dried, 1 tsp1.5 cups peeled and cubed sweet potato6-8 cups water(?)
Directions
In a large slow cooker/crockpot, combine all ingredients. Turn crockpot on high. Check every hour, and stir until peas and sweet potato are soft.
