New York Style Cheesecake

Ingredients
5 packages low fat cream cheese1 cup Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking3 Tablespoons plain white flour1 Tablespoon vanilla1 cup reduced fat sour cream1 cup egg substitute 1 large rectangular piece Graham CrackersCooking Spray
Directions
Heat over to 325 degrees F. Lightly spray a 9" x 12" baking dish. Finely crush the graham crackers and sprinkle over the bottom of the dish. Set aside. Beat cream cheese, Splenda, flour and vanilla with a mixer until well blended. Add sour cream, mix well. Add eggs a little at a time mixing on low speed until just blended. Pour over graham cracker "crust". Bake 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool completely and refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
