2 medium potatoes, washed, then cut in 1 x 2 in pieces1/2 packet Hidden Valley Ranch Original Dressing Seasoning mix1 Tbsp Olive Oil1/2 tsp salt1/8 tsp black pepperPaprika to taste (optional)
Wash and slice potatoes into circles, then cut circles in half. Put potatoes into a bowl, then add olive oil, ranch seasoning, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Stir all ingredients together until seasonings are well distributed.
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees, then coat baking sheet with cooking spray. Put potato pieces on cooking sheet in a single layer.
Bake for approximately 30 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and can be pierced easily with a fork.
