Broccoli Salad - Paleo

Ingredients
Broccoli, fresh, 4 bunchesOnions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup cherry tomatoes *Bacon - Hormel, Natural Choice 2 slices, 4 serving *Nuts, macadamia nuts, dry roasted, 1 cup, choppedMayonnaise, regular (mayo), 1 cup *Balsamic Vinegar, 3 tbsp**Truvia (Zero Cal Stevia) 1 packet,
Directions
Boil water & pour over cut up broccoli in bowl. Let sit for 2 minutes then drain and rise with cold water to stop cooking. This should make your broccoli bright green yet still crunchy. Mix all ingredients together and let sit in fridge to marinate flavors. ENJOY!
