Nina's Pumpkin Soup

Ingredients
7 cups cooked, drained, unsalted pumpkin1 quart box of vegetable soup stock1 cup chopped onion1 12 oz. can evaporated fat free milk2 T raw sugar2 1/2 tsp salt1 tsp ground thyme1 tsp rubbed sage1 tsp ground cinnamon1 tsp ground allspice1 tsp minced garlic1/2 tsp ground nutmeg1/4 tsp ground black pepper
Directions
Add chopped onion, cooked pumpkin, and seasonings to vegetable stock and bring to boil. Cook on medium heat until the onion is tender. Put in blender or food processor a little at a time. Add evaporated milk and stir.
Makes about 6 x 2 cup servings
