Ingredients
3 lb Beef (stew meat) cut into bite size pieces1 large can V-8 tomato soup1 bag mixed vegetables1 onion6 medium potatoes cut into bite size cubessalt to taste
Directions
place all ingredients into slow cooker and cook on low 8-10 hours or high 4-6 hours.
