Ingredients
*Flour, white, 4 cup(remove)Granulated Sugar, 2 cup(remove)*Splenda, 96 tsp(remove)Baking Soda, 2 tsp(remove)*Polly-O Part Skim Ricotta, 32 oz(remove)Lemon juice, .25 cup(remove)Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .33 cup(remove)Butter, salted, 2 stick(remove)Salt, 2 tsp(remove)
Directions
mix flour, baking soda and salt set aside. Mix butter and sugar. Add lemon juice, egg substitute and beat till fluffy. add ricotta a little at a tiime. Mix flour mix a little at a time. Bake at 350 for 15 mins or until light brown peaks on cookies.

Serving Size: double bathch. Makes 75 LARGE cookies
