Christmas Fruit Salad

Ingredients
2 tablespoons cornstarch1/2 cup sugar1 cup water1 egg beaten4-5 tablespoons lemon juice2 bananas sliced2 oranges peeled and sectioned1 can (20 oz) pineapple,drained1 large can fruit cocktail, drained
Directions
Mix cornstarch, sugar and water and 1 egg beaten. Cook until thick and clear over medium heat stirring constantly. When thick remove from heat, stir in lemon juice and chill.

Cut up bananas, peel and section oranges, drain pineapple and fruit cocktail. Stir well then add chilled dressing and stir. Chill.

Serving Size: Makes 12 1/2 cup servings (approximate)
