Almond Flour Cookies

175 g Almond flour0.25 teaspoons Salt0.5 teaspoons Baking soda5 tablepoons Maple syrup80 g Cauliflower puree1 Egg white2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 325*F
Blend almond flour, salt, and baking soda in medium bowl. Puree cooked cauliflower (using a food processor or immersion blender) and add to dry ingredients along with maple syrup, egg white, and vanilla. Mix well and drop onto greased cookie sheet, flattening slightly.
Bake at 325*F for 13 minutes.
Serving Size: makes 28 small cookies
