Ingredients
1 cup thawed frozen brocolli, carrots & cauliflower blend3/4 cup chunky garden style spaghetti sauce1/4 tsp Italian seasoning1 cup cooked brown rice1 tsp Grated parmesan
Directions
1. Combine veggies, sauce and seasoning in microwavable bowl. Cover and heat on HIGH 1-1 1/2 minutes or till heated. Stir

2. Warm rice on HIGH 1-1 1/2 minutes or till heated. Top with veggie mixture and cheese.
