Heinz Chili Sauce - 1 bottle - 12 ozRed Current Jelly - 1 jar - Using Crosse & Blackwell's 12 oz1 to 1 1/2 pounds of lean ground beef. I use 2 pounds.
Roll the ground beef into one inch balls. Broil for 5 minutes on one side and 2 minutes on flip side. Remove the exterior fat from the meatballs fat using paper towels. Mix the chili sauce and jelly over heat. Add the meatballs to the chili and jelly mixture.
Serving Size: Makes 50 one (1") inch balls.
