Gluten Free Seed Waffles

Ingredients
1/4 c sesame seeds1/2 c. sunflower seeds2 c. oat flour2 1/2 c. water1/2 tsp. salt1 tbsp. salt
Directions
Blend sesame and sunflower seeds into flour in a blender or Vita-Mix. Blend all ingredients together, then let rest for 10 minutes to thicken. Bake 10 minutes in medium high waffle iron. It helps to spread batter evenly over waffle iron before closing it.

Serving Size: makes 4 whole waffles or 16 1/4 waffle servings.
