Oatmeal Run Long Fuel!

Ingredients
Oatmeal 1/2 cup dryBody Fortress Super Advanced Whey Protein(Wal-Mart) 1/3 scoopHoney 1 TbspBee Pollen 1TbspCook oatmeal, make a little soupy with water, add other ingredients and blend. Chill and take in a small squirt bottle. Consume as body dictates during run (I start at 45 minutes into a run, then every 30 to 45 minutes until finished, along with water or Accelerade -- like Gatorade but not hard on the stomach).
Directions
cook oatmeal in microwave as normal with water.
