2 large apples1 red onion2 jalepenos1/2 cup apple cider vinegar6 lime leaves (optional)2 tbls white sugar1/8 tsp salt1/8 tsp cumin1/8 tsp cinnamon1/4 tsp smoked paprika1/4 tsp dried cilantro
Fine dice apples and conions and add to saute pan. Seen and devien jalapenos and add to saute' pan. Pan will be quite full. Add cider vinegar, lime leaves and simmer on med-low heat for 2 hours. Remove lime leaves. Add sugar and spices. Allow to cool and refrigerate before serving.
