Crockpot Vegitarian Chili

8 oz Black Beans8 oz Dark Red Kidney Beans8 oz Light Red Kidney Beans1-2 Raw onions2 Cloves fresh Garlic (or 2 tsp canned)1 cup Reduced sodium Tomato Sauce2 cans chili ready tomatoes1 can green chilis (subsitute Jalpenos for extra kick)1/2 jar Chili powder3 cups Water
Put beans in crockpot, soak overnight if possible for softer beans.
Chop Vegetables and add to crockpot.
Open cans and pour contents into crockpot.
Add water ( I like to rinse the cans out to get every bit of the tomatoes, peppers etc.
Set pot to high, replace lid.
Serving Size: Makes 8 1.5 cup servings
