Louis' Beef Ribeye Crock Pot Roast

Ingredients
2 Beef Ribeye Roasts2 Cups Beef Broth2 Cups WaterMontreal Steak SeasoningWorchestershire Sauce
Directions
Poke the roasts with a fork all over one side. Sprinkle some W. Sauce and let sit for about 1 minute (or do one at a time and let sit for that long), do the same for the other side of the roasts. Sprinkle Seasoning over one side, then place face-down in a hot cast iron skillet to sear. While searing the other side, sprinkle Seasoning on the face-up side, then flip after a couple of minutes. Place into crock pot, pour water and broth over, put the lid on, turn on high and set for 8+ hours. Enjoy!
