1 small red bell pepper, chopped1/2 cup cooked spaghettia few black olives, choppeda few cherry tomatoes, chopped2 teaspoons basil pestoa handful of mangetout peas, choppedparmesan (optional, to taste)
Cook the pasta according the instructions on the packet then leave it to drain. At the same time, boil the mangetout peas until they are chewable but still with a little bite, this should not take more than 7 minutes. Then, while they are cooking, chop the vegetables into very small pieces. Toss all the ingredients together in a bowl and ensure the pesto is well combined before serving. Enjoy!
