Ingredients
*Moong dal green, raw (dry/uncooked weight), 250 gram(s) (remove) Onions, raw, 2 small (remove) Tamarinds, .30 cup, pulp (remove) Turmeric, ground, 1 tsp (remove) Chili powder, 2 tsp (remove) Salt, 1 tsp (remove) Ginger, ground, 1 tsp (remove) Garlic, 1 tsp (remove) Sunflower Oil, .5 tbsp (remove) Chicken Broth, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove) *Coriander seed, .5 tsp (remove)
Directions
soak moong dal overnight.cut onions.Saute lightly,add ginger garlic paste,add moong dal,tamarind pulp and rest of the ingredients .Add 3 cups water and simmer for 30 mins.
