Black Soy Bean Soup

Ingredients
4 cans of Eden's Organic Black Soy Beans (15 oz cans)2 cans of diced tomatoes (14.5oz cans)1/2 can of Great Value sliced jalepenos (13.4 oz can)1 large green bell pepper1 large red bell pepper1 large onion4 tsp ground cumin (heaping)1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, ground (heaping)2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juicecilantro, fresh, chopped (as much as you like)salt and pepper to tastecan use hot sauce if needed
Directions
saute' peppers, onions, garlic in tbsp of grapeseed oil
add 3 tsp (heaping) of ground Cumin and 1/2 tsp (heaping) of cayenne pepper (ground)
add 4 cans of black soy beans, two cans of diced tomatoes and 1/2 can of sliced jalapenos (with the few carrot slices) and bring to a boil on medium heat
lower to simmer for an hour if not thick enough for ya, take top off pot for a while.
Add 2 tbsp fresh squeezed lime juice and fresh cut cilantro (as much as you like)
